First & foremost, as I reflect on the past 8 years, my heart is filled with gratitude for your unwavering support and loyalty to my luxury resale business. Your trust, enthusiasm, and continued patronage have been a huge factor to my overall success. Each interaction, purchase, and kind word has meant the world to me, and I am extremely thankful for the community we've built together. Your support has turned a dream into a thriving reality, and I am honored to have served you. Thank you for being an essential part of my luxury resale journey.

As you may know, I rebranded several months ago with a partner and now operating as Le Lux Bag. We opened a brick and order store in Greenville, Delaware at the end of March. Due to some unexpected (but all good) circumstances, my family will be relocating back to my home state of Texas in August. I'm not gonna lie… I'm super excited to get back home!

As for Le Lux Bag, the store and business IS NOT SHUTTING DOWN or CLOSING. My partner will take over the store & business as I transition out. There will be staff members to assist you. As for me, after much consideration & prayer, I have decided to leave luxury resale permanently and pursue other ventures. If you follow me on TikTok, then you may have seen my 2 pinned videos with more detail about this. If you haven't seen those vids and you're interested, you can watch them HERE and HERE. My last day at the store will be Wednesday, July 31st.

I have rebranded my TikTok platform for my new ventures, but haven't fully decided how to move forward with the other social media platforms. Due to the complexity of transferring ownership of social media pages, etc., my partner will most likely create new social media pages altogether.

Also, and in light of the transition, there are a few things that I would like to bring to your attention. When the rebranding took place in March, there were existing platforms & providers in place under the name That Crazy Handbag Lady that we simply renamed to Le Lux Bag for the sake of convenience. Moving forward, however, my partner prefers to explore new platforms and providers, so the current ones will most likely be discontinued and/or changed to something else in the near future. The Le Lux Bag name will remain, but expect changes to the layout and functionality of the website, mobile app, text alerts and emails within the next 30-45 days. I will be sure to send out a final email when the time comes. :)

As for current Consignors: Your items can continue on consignment. There is no need to have them returned or picked up unless that is what you prefer. HOWEVER, if you consigned with me prior to March 2024, please reach out to me to clarify and confirm the current consignment terms at angela@leluxbag.com.

Concerning any outstanding Rewards Balance and Coupon Codes: If you have rewards in your account, they will no longer be valid after July 31, 2024. Any and all coupon codes that you may receive through marketing emails will not be valid after July 31, 2024 (unless there are other restrictions that prevent you from using the codes prior to that date.)
